Desert Rose Photography is the dream of Alex & Renée Driscoll, a dream that became reality just over 5 years ago.

Alex & Renée live on the Northside of Brisbane on their bushy 5 and ½ acres with their family - which includes the Patrol, the Camper Trailer, 3 dogs – Fred, Ebony & Poppy, and 3 cats – Melody, Thomas & Mitchell, plus the swamp wallabies, koalas, possums, the green tree snake, the red bellied black snakes, and the latest addition of a family of Yellow Tipped Black cockatoos. So much for the quiet bush setting.

Renée is a keen, no, a passionate photographer, always finding something to take a shot of. There are albums and boxes scattered throughout the house showing their adventures throughout Australia, photos of family & friends, and photos of plants, which is Renée’s other passion.

Alex on the other hand loves scuba diving and 4WDriving. His other passion is a certain Red GU Patrol Ute, and is
continually building the ultimate off-road vehicle that can go anywhere throughout Australia. Of course he tells Renée it’s all in the name of safety.
